A projector is set up in each surgery so the patient can relax and watch their favourite DVD while treatment is provided. Penthrox gas sedation is available for those who are very nervous. An autoclave is used to sterilise instruments used in all procedures. A digital x-ray system is used to reduce radiation to a minimum.
Many procedures can be done using pain-free preventive techniques without the need for an injection. Of course, an injection will be offered where it is required. We believe in continuing education to give our patients the latest information in the dental health field.

ClearPath orthodontic aligners can straighten teeth with no need for wires, brackets or attachments. Quick Straight Teeth cosmetic braces can straighten front teeth in 6 months.
Cosmetic fillings, veneers and crowns can give the tooth the perfect shape, size and colour. Dental implants can replace a missing tooth or tooth that needs an extraction. How to get to our dental clinic in Brisbane city & things to know before coming in.Central Brisbane Dental can process most heath fund claims for you through our HICAPS terminal, with the patient only paying the gap amount. Patients with CBHS and HCF usually have no gap to pay on check-up and clean and certain preventive services as we are a part of the CBHS Choice Network and the HCF More for Teeth Program. We are preferred providers for nib, as well as Australian Unity, AIA Health Insurance and Peoplecare through our association with Smile.com.au. Health.com.au, Frank, GMHBA, My Own Health Insurance, and Healthcare Insurance are also partner health funds.
We also accept Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule, DVA and SACM patients as well as patients with overseas insurances such as First Assistance or Cigna. We pride ourselves in using Australian dental laboratories for all work including veneers, crowns, bridges, dental implants, dentures, sports mouthguards, occlusal splints (MCI) and snoring and sleep apnoea splints (MDSA).
